MINIMALISM

The America dream has a long  history that started out a concept to have more about opportunity. The US  has a land of opportunity where somebody could out at the bottom work hard. The American  dream in United States increased  tremendously in material items $100,000 a year plus kind of income became more and more aspirational norm across the society .Beginning about mid 1990s Americans went on a buying spree that was unprecedented in human history .

A lot cheap products came from China whereas fashionable clothing, electronics ,household goods,. So cheaper stuff are  available 24 hour online , big box stores. A lot more stuff accumulated about 3 times space per person . 2.2 billon square foot personal  storage industry were there .According to Nokia study a average person check 150 times their cellphone in a day . We pay for this  mindless & we read paper update social media feed . Advertisement promoted the junk culture .Everywhere we see advertisement books, cellphone, banners, newspaper, etc. Advertisement polluted the environment . Mindless consumption is a global issue. Fast Fashion is  also a global problem. Previously there were four or two season  whereas now there are fifty two season. Every week a new trend arise the big fashion retailers   bailing all of the clothes from one week together slashing them with scissors destroying them that nobody can resell or wear them. Human identity is no longer defined by what one owns. We have discovered that only consuming satisfy us. We have learn piling up material that cant fill the emptiness of lives . The message of happiness  is known what you need rather than consuming things according to society. Happiness cant be buy. People are spending money faster than they are earning it. We live in an illusion that our life should be perfect.

There is a documentary on MINIMALISM by the authors of two best selling books on minimalism, JOSHUA FIELDS and RYAN NICODEMUS. The documentary is the core ideas behind minimalism and meets people who share their transformational stories. Each lends share  their experience living a minimalist life and delves into the environmental ,social and psychological with  the result of compulsive consumerism. The documentary is on architects , designers and musicians , to businessmen, authors and families. The documentary explores on different types of people attempting to live simpler meaningful lives with their motivations.

The above video is the journey of authors on minimalism. Minimalism is about escaping the excess of the world around us Such a large amount of our everyday routine is experienced in a mist of programmed constant conduct we invest such a great amount of energy on the chase yet nothing actually very does it for us and we get so enveloped with the chase that it sort of makes us hopeless and he had all that he ever needed he had all that he should have everybody around him said you're fruitful however he was hopeless there was this vast void in his life so I attempted to make up for that shortcoming similar way numerous individuals do with stuff loads of stuffer. He going to disclose to you an anecdote about how we turned into the minimalists we've never been closed out so up to one individual shows that is the only thing that is in any way important he felt great right we've had occasions where we've had two individuals appear and that was stunning in light of the fact that we got the opportunity to invest energy with two individuals and increase the value of their lives in an alternate manner. He is presently encircled by individuals who are motivated and making gigantic social change and effect the profundity and significance of his relationship this is past anything he could have ever envisioned when he perceive that this life is yours and that it is your unparalleled on one that. One takeaway one thing to bring ceaselessly from the entirety of this it'll be this adoration individuals and use things on the grounds that the inverse never works. Everyone is attempting to buy what no one can sell. The excesses of consumerism, material possessions , clutter, having too much to do, too much debt ,too many distractions, too much noise etc. Success with money is little to do. Success is a equation: Happiness +Growth + Contribution =Success. Create more and consume less. The best way to give yourself is to raise spend less money. We live in an illusion that our life should be perfect .People are spending faster than earning. Minimalism is about question for a life that is good for yourself and people around it. In the video there were some great inspiration lesson I got to know these are I am sharing .

Project 333 was interesting minimalist fashion challenge for three months. many got inspired by her journey . In the documentary there was another person who  started reducing things from his life essentially that didn't fit in his bags . He had owned 51 things in the entire world . It  has been four year  he travel to different place started a blog he found happiness in minimalizing things. Fast fashion will be controlled if all started realizing this.

A tiny house is a perfect solution to live simply enjoying life. Prototype apartment started with 420 square feet. Less space with less stuff is completely living in  better bigger philosophy. Minimalism will even controlled.

Meditation is great antidote .For satisficing yourself mediation should be done everyday. It will make you happy and satisficed simply being aware of breathing very delicately with interrupting ourselves. A transformation teaches utility of worry in specific context.

  1. Tiny house, less expenditure, buy what you need not what you want, all this might not seem glamorous but is the need of the hour to solve global issues like climate change and fast fashion practices. The documentary is really educational and it is a well summed up post around it
