The problem is Fashion .Fashion has armor to survive the reality of environment .The fashion industry is giving  a disastrous impact on the environment. In fact, it is the second largest polluter in the world.

PROBLEMS WE ARE FACING !

FAST FASHION BRANDS 

Fast fashion brand such as Zara ,H&M & PRIMEMARK makes shopping east and affordable. Every week or Every day a new trend is coming which is making huge waste of textile. Cheap and trends clothes creates a huge disaster.



FIBERS

Both Natural Fibre and Synthetic fibre harms water .Natural  fibre such as cotton fiber take intensive of water to cultivate and process. Where Synthetic fibre doesn't break down in water. Synthetic fibres such as nylon, polyester, acrylic use twice the energy such as fossil fuel .  The  textile industry waste such as toxic substances, chemical dying   is dumped in rivers, streams, ditches etc.




PLASTIC ABANDONED NET 

The Plastic, abandoned net are made from fossil fuels and it doesn't biodegrade. Its pilling up in landfills  killing dolphins, turtles, reef dwellers,  poisonous scorpion fish, .These abandoned net are lost in water .




FASHION AND MICROFIBERS

Synthetic fibers such as polyester, acrylic, nylon, etc. used in the majority of our clothes, are made from fossil fuel. Making such production need  much more energy-intensive than with natural fibers. The apparel industry accounts for 10% of global carbon emissions.







FASHION & SOIL DEGRADATION 

Global degradation of soil is one of the main environmental issues we are facing currently. The fashion industry plays a major part in degrading soil in different ways overgrazing of pastures like cashmere goats and sheep raised for their wool. Degradation of soil due to massive use of chemicals to grow cotton.




FASHION& LAND FOREST DESRTUCTION 

Thousands of hectares of endangered ancient forest are cut down and replaced by plantations of tress used to make wood based fabrics such as rayon, viscose, and modal. This loss of forests is threatening the ecosystem and indigenous communities.
